Your Impact:
As an experienced Physician Assistant at Ventura Urgent Care, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
Delivering acute, chronic, and preventative care. Treating minor injuries and performing procedures. Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records according to company policies. Collaborating effectively with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care. Identifying opportunities to enhance clinical methods and procedures. Assisting clinical staff in adhering to policies and procedures. Upholding ethical, legal, and professional standards in compliance with regulations. Safeguarding patient confidentiality and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Communicating feedback and concerns to the Medical Director. Supporting administrative and marketing efforts to sustain and expand our practice. Engaging in professional development and maintaining affiliations.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have: Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations. Leadership and management skills in a medical setting. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Proven track record of implementing successful occupational health programs. Proficiency with EMR systems and relevant occupational health software.
