Job Description
Advanced Practice Provider to join a DPC family practice in Leadville Colorado. The schedule includes Monday-Friday being available to see scheduled and same day appointments both in person and via telehealth. Average patient load is 8-10 patients per day. Weekend and after hours include telephone call with in-person visits on weekends a rare event. 24/7 emergency room staffed by ED physicians close by for all urgent/emergent needs. 21 days on 9-10 consecutive days off per month.
