Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly Operator - 3-Month Contract Loveland, CO $19.50/Hour 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Manpower is currently seeking a PCB Assembly Operator for a 3-month contract opportunity with a manufacturing company in Loveland, CO. This role is focused on the assembly and production of printed circuit boards and electronic components in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components according to work instructions and production schedules Perform hand soldering and other electronic assembly tasks Complete secondary processing operations on PCB assemblies Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Identify and remove defective materials or components Complete quality, traceability, and production documentation Maintain production boards and visual management tools Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Perform basic equipment maintenance and care Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives Participate in team meetings and daily production planning Maintain a clean and organized work area Cross-train in other production areas as needed What do you bring? Previous manufacturing, assembly, or electronics production experience is a plus, but not required Hand soldering experience is helpful Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to read and follow work instructions Basic reading, writing, and math skills Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen Interested?
