  • MPAS)— Join an Exceptional Internal Medicine Practice | Alpharetta, Georgia | Full-Time | High-Growth Opportunity Einstein Genius Care , a highly respected internal medicine practice in Alpharetta, Georgia, is seeking an exceptional Physician Assistant (PA-C)/(Master of Physician Assistant Studies
  • MPAS) to join our team and work directly alongside a nationally renowned physician.
This is not a typical high-volume, corporate medical practice position . We are looking for someone who is patient care focused, intelligent, curious, highly motivated, clinically capable, and genuinely interested in becoming an integral part of a physician-led practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn directly from an experienced physician, develop significant clinical autonomy over time, and play an important role in the growth of our emerging peptide and advanced wellness program . Why This Opportunity Is Different This position offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with a highly experienced physician in a setting where clinical excellence, intellectual curiosity, personalized patient care, and continuous learning are valued. You will not be one PA among dozens in a large organization. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the physician, understand his approach to patient care, learn how he evaluates complex medical issues, and become an important part of the practice's future. We are looking for someone who says: "I to effectually help people's wellness. I want to learn. I want to become better. I want to contribute. And I want to help build something." If that describes you, this could be an extraordinary opportunity. The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a highly intelligent, motivated and adaptable Physician Assistant who: Learns quickly and retains what they learn Has excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail Possesses a strong work ethic and takes ownership of responsibilities Is intellectually curious and enjoys learning about medicine beyond the basics Is comfortable asking questions and learning directly from a physician Is willing to learn the physician's approach to patient evaluation and treatment Works exceptionally well with physicians, medical assistants and administrative staff Treats every member of the team with professionalism and respect Is dependable, organized and accountable Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Understands that excellent patient care requires teamwork Is comfortable in a smaller, physician-led practice environment Wants a long-term opportunity rather than simply another PA position The right personality and attitude are extremely important to us. We would rather hire an exceptional person who is eager to learn than someone with extensive experience who is unwilling to adapt.
Clinical ExperienceParticularly valuable experience includes:
Family Medicine Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, primary care, functional medicine, longevity medicine, or a similar setting is highly desirable. Experience evaluating patients across a broad range of medical conditions will be especially valuable. Peptide Experience — Highly Desired Experience with peptide-based therapies and emerging metabolic/longevity medicine is highly desirable . Candidates with experience or familiarity with areas such as: Peptide therapies Medical weight management Metabolic health Hormone optimization Longevity medicine Preventive medicine Functional/integrative medicine Patient monitoring and follow-up protocols will receive particular consideration. However, we do not expect the right candidate to know everything about peptides when they walk through the door. What matters most is the ability and willingness to learn, research, understand the science, follow appropriate clinical protocols, and practice within applicable medical and regulatory standards. An Opportunity to Help Build Something New One of the most exciting aspects of this position is the opportunity to participate in the development of our growing peptide and advanced wellness business . The PA will have the opportunity to help the physician develop and expand this program, including appropriate patient evaluation, education, follow-up and ongoing clinical management. As the program grows, there may be opportunities for the PA to assume increasing responsibility for: Patient consultations and follow-up Patient education Clinical monitoring Treatment-plan implementation Program development Clinical protocols Patient communication Documentation Coordination with the practice team Supporting the physician in the expansion of the program For the right person, this position can grow substantially over time.
What We Offer:
Direct Physician Mentorship Work directly with an experienced physician and learn in an environment where your development matters. Meaningful Responsibility You will have the opportunity to become an important contributor to the practice rather than simply filling a schedule. Growth Potential As Einstein Genius Care expands its peptide and wellness services, the role can evolve with the business. Intellectual Environment This is an environment for someone who genuinely enjoys learning medicine, understanding why treatments work, and staying current with evolving medical science . Collaborative Culture We believe physicians, PAs, medical assistants and administrative personnel all contribute to patient outcomes. Everyone is expected to work together. Who Will Thrive Here? You will likely thrive in this position if you are someone who: Patient Care Focused. Is smart. Is humble. Works hard. Learns quickly. Pays attention to details. Takes responsibility. Treats people well. Wants to learn from an exceptional physician. Is excited by emerging areas of medicine. Wants to grow professionally. Wants to help build something rather than simply perform a job. Who Probably Won't Be a Good Fit? This position may not be right for someone who: Needs a highly structured corporate environment Is uncomfortable working closely with a single physician Doesn't enjoy learning new areas of medicine Is unwilling to accept coaching or feedback Doesn't take initiative Prefers to work independently without collaboration Is primarily looking for a predictable 9-to-5 position without growth expectations Doesn't enjoy being part of a small team Is uncomfortable with change and developing programs We are building something special, and we want someone who wants to be part of it. The Opportunity This is an opportunity for the right PA to become a key member of a physician-led practice in Alpharetta , work closely with an accomplished physician, develop advanced clinical knowledge, and potentially play a significant role in building a new area of the business. If you are an exceptional PA who is bright, driven, curious, dependable, collaborative and hungry to learn , we would like to hear from you. Apply if you are looking for more than another PA job.
