Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Urology A urology practice in Jasper, Georgia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its team. This is a great opportunity for an APP who wants strong mentorship, hands-on surgical exposure, and the chance to work closely with a physician team in a close-knit community. Position Highlights Urology experience is not required. We are looking for an APP who wants to specialize in urology. Full-time, Monday-Friday Majority clinic-based with some hospital rounding Pre- and post-operative patient management Exposure to robotics The physician team will take time to train and provide mentorship in both clinic and hospital setting. They will want you to see all cases performs because you will doing majority of pre op and post op care. Needs to be comfortable in hospital setting to see all cases so can better educate and treat post op and pre op patients. Role & Responsibilities Evaluate and treat urology patients in the clinic Manage pre- and post-operative care and follow-up Participate in hospital rounding Observe surgical procedures to develop familiarity with urologic surgeries Educate patients before and after procedures Triage patient and hospital calls while on call Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff Document patient care and treatment plans Call Call is between 7-12 times per year and weekends typically run:

PM Saturday/Sunday:
7 AM-11 PM Qualifications Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Eligible for Georgia licensure Comfortable working in both clinic and hospital settings
