Description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Orthopedic & Spine practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions in an orthopedic, spine, or interventional pain management setting. This provider will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care in both clinic and procedural environments. Minimum Qualifications Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice Board certification as an NP or PA Minimum of 5 years of orthopedic, spine, or interventional pain management experience required Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, spine pathology, diagnostics, and treatment planning Experience with injections, procedural assistance, and post-procedure care preferred Excellent communication and patient education skills EMR proficiency required Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage orthopedic and spine patients Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic studies Provide patient education regarding treatment options, medications, and recovery expectations Assist with procedures and injections as appropriate Manage follow-up care and coordinate referrals when needed Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Preferred Experience Orthopedic surgery practice Spine surgery practice Interventional pain management Regenerative medicine or sports medicine exposure Fluoroscopy-guided procedure experience a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice coverage Retirement plan options Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday No weekends or call requirements To Apply Please submit your: Resume/CV Cover letter Professional references We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and are looking for a skilled provider who thrives in a collaborative orthopedic and spine environment.
