Dermatology Physicians, Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established, physician-owned dermatology practice in Columbus, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys developing long-term relationships with patients and is interested in building a career in dermatology. The successful candidate will work closely with our dermatologists and experienced clinical staff in a supportive, collegial environment. Dermatology experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide training and mentorship for the right candidate with a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in dermatology. Responsibilities The Physician Assistant will provide outpatient dermatologic care, including: Evaluation and management of common dermatologic conditions, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, warts, rashes, and other disorders of the skin, hair, and nails Skin cancer screening and evaluation of concerning lesions Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic dermatologic conditions Performance of appropriate office-based dermatologic procedures Patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and skin care Development of ongoing relationships with established patients Collaboration with our dermatologists on complex cases when appropriate Accurate and timely documentation of patient care The scope and complexity of the PA's schedule will be gradually developed based upon prior experience and demonstrated clinical proficiency.
