About the Role As an APP in the BMC Emergency Department, you will provide highquality, patientcentered care across a broad range of emergency presentations. We welcome both experienced providers and new graduates . Our structured onboarding ensures every APP—regardless of background—has the tools, mentorship, and confidence needed to succeed. A Unique 12-18 Month APP Emergency Medicine Training Program New graduates and APPs transitioning into emergency medicine will participate in our residencystyle training program , which includes: Dedicated physician educators with protected administrative time for teaching Structured curriculum covering emergency medicine fundamentals, procedures, clinical decisionmaking, and highacuity care Graduated autonomy , allowing you to build confidence safely and steadily Regular feedback, mentorship, and professional development support Integration into our urgent care sites after completing core ED training This program is designed to build strong, independent emergency medicine APPs who feel supported every step of the way.
