Join the Acute Care Emergency Surgery team at University of Maryland Capital Region Health as a Day Shift NP/PA and play a critical role in delivering high-quality, time-sensitive surgical care. This is an opportunity to work at the center of acute surgical services during peak clinical hours—collaborating closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to manage complex, high-acuity patients. Work Experience Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Maryland licensure (or eligibility) Prior experience in acute care, surgery, emergency medicine, or hospital-based practice preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex inpatient cases Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered surgical care
Salary Range:
