Job Description
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires moderate standing/walking, as well as lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring of patients. Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Michigan. Satisfactory completion of a Physician Assistant program accredited by Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) or one of its predecessor agencies, CAHEA or CAAHEP. Certification by the National Commission on Certification for Physician Assistants (NCCPA). State of Michigan Controlled Substance License DEA registration AHA ApprovedBLS ACLS 3

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the credentialing and privileging process. CT/Ultrasound guided FNA/biopsy or drain placement strongly preferred. Demonstration of excellence in communication 2 years of Radiology experience 30 hours per week.Location:
Troy Medical Campus - Forbes Imaging Center. Onboarding time may require training in Ann Arbor, Brighton, and/or Northville locations. This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the United Physician Assistants of Michigan Medicine (UPAMM), which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
