Contingent PositionSchedule:
Midnights (6p-6a), 20 weekend shifts per year (12-hour shifts)2 holidays per yearNo call requiredInpatient onlyWill consider new graduates willing to train to full-time for success and new graduates with ICU experience as RNWhat You Will DoAssess, diagnose, and treat inpatient patients in collaboration with attending physicians and the healthcare teamEducate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plansPerform procedures as per credentialing and experienceCoordinate care to achieve optimal patient outcomes safely and efficientlyCollaborate with physicians, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive inpatient careQualificationsRequired Qualifications Master's degree in nursing (NP) or Bachelor's degree/AMA-approved Physician Assistant program (PA) with current state licensure and national certification (CNP or NCCPA).Current RN license (NPs) or Michigan state licensure (PAs).Current BLS and
ACLS/ATLS/PALS
provider certification as required by department. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Cardiovascular Medicine, Emergency Medicine, ICU, Interventional Radiology, Nephrology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Surgery, Urgent Care, or Urology.
