Join Our Caring and Dynamic Neurology Team working to better the lives of Mid-Missourians. The School of Medicine and the Department of Neurology at the University of Missouri are seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Specialty Care for multiple settings. These positions provide vital clinical support for the MU Department of Neurology & Sleep Disorders Clinic.
Opportunity Highlights:
Inpatient Role
    Full-time FTE:
    13 12-hour shifts per month
    • Schedule includes some weekend coverage
    • Collaborative team of six NP/PAs in the Neurocritical Care Unit
    • Flexible scheduling with multiple days off
    • No call required
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide independent and collaborative care for neurological patients in an outpatient setting
    • Communicate with physicians regarding clinical changes, diagnostic results, and symptomatology
    • Respond quickly and accurately to patient condition changes
    • Perform treatments and interventions, educate patients and families, and facilitate clinical research
