Hiring Department Department of Medicine Job Description Position Overview:
The School of Medicine, Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, is excited to announce an opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Cardiovascular Medicine . Join our expanding team and provide exceptional medical care primarily in our cardiology clinic setting.Key Responsibilities:
- Independently provide professional medical support for Cardiovascular Medicine services.
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to promote team-based patient care.
- Educate patients and set treatment plans, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly. Act as a resource for patients, families, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and demonstrate autonomy in the diagnosis and treatment of health problems.
- Order/perform diagnostic procedures as needed.
- Develop discharge plans and coordinate with care management.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Shift Monday

Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range:
$90,251- $147,284.
