Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. This position will be a split between hospital, operating room, and office setting. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Perform diagnostic procedures, including medical imaging and data collection. Manage airway management procedures as necessary, particularly in critical care settings like PICU. Provide education and counseling to patients regarding family planning and primary care needs. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient care practices. Document patient encounters accurately using ICD-10 coding for billing and record-keeping. Requirements Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field from an accredited program. Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) and state licensure. Strong knowledge of medical office operations and clinical protocols. Experience or training in airway management, PICU, family planning, primary care, and medical imaging is preferred. Proficient in data collection methods and clinical research practices. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
