Perform, implement, and complete documentation for all clinical notes according to company standard. Communicate the value of our service, along with the fee/price that the patient will be responsible for to access it. Ensure that patients agree to a plan of care that will help them hit their health/fitness goals. Participate in, contribute to, and help to develop the in-house educational training program that is provided to all physical therapists Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant 3+ years experience preferred Strong orthopedic foundation Skills Needed Communicate with patients in a way that they can see value in the plan of care being developed for them Willing and able to assess when a patient may not be compliant or fall-off the schedule To be able to engage with and connect with patients at a personal level that goes way beyond a clinical outcome Demonstrates an understanding of what the causes are -- and solutions -- that could lead to a patient dropping off schedule Ability to thrive in an environment where measurement is the driving force behind progress Your availability must be open and flexible.
