- Expectations for this position would include providing direct care to patients in the Sleep Disorders Clinic, provide support to the physicians in clinic, handle higher level medical issues, and contribute to the overall continuity of patients' care.
- Required Qualifications (NP): Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner specialty certification in the State of Michigan.

Desired Qualifications- 2 to 3 years of ambulatory care NP or PA experience Experience with adult patients in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Neurology, Psychiatry, Otolaryngology, and/or Family Medicine Demonstrated ability to direct clinic staff and patient care, prioritize, problem solve and delegate effectively and efficiently Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative practice Recent experience in care coordination/case management Demonstrated organizational/time management skills Demonstrated clinical leadership Demonstrated computer proficiency Why Join Michigan Medicine?
Salary range:

Sleep Clinic, Brighton Center for Special Care (BCSC), possibly with some time at other sites such as Med Inn Union Affiliation This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the United Physician Assistants of Michigan Medicine, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
