- Perform a wide range of aesthetic and medical treatments, including, but not limited to: ○ Cosmetic injectables (Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler treatments) ○ Fat reduction procedures ○ Hormone pellet placements ○ Endovenous laser treatments ○ Image-guided joint injections
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Confidently educate and recommend products, memberships, and elective treatments with integrity.
- Effectively triage patient needs in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and appropriate care coordination.
- Diagnose and treat hormone imbalances and varicose vein conditions using evidence-based practices.
- Lead patient follow-up care to ensure seamless and safe experiences from consultation through recovery.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with all medical and organizational standards.
- Demonstrate leadership in managing clinic flow, patient communication, and overall service excellence.
- Pursue professional growth and continued education to sustain proficiency in aesthetic and regenerative medicine.
- Travel to Allure Medical offices as needed to ensure consistent patient care, clinical excellence, and team support. Position Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current and valid South Carolina PA or NP License; DEA license preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of PA-C/NP experience. Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or aesthetic medicine preferred!
- Proven experience providing cosmetic procedures or patient consultations in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing clinic operations, patient outcomes, or team collaboration.
- Ability to work two (2) 12-hour shifts and potentially every Saturday.
- Ability to travel to Allure Medical offices as needed.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Confidence and professionalism in recommending elective aesthetic services.
