Job Description

Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Rural Tennessee | Full-Time | NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible We are a federally funded health center and NHSC-approved site serving a rural Tennessee community designated as a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA). We are seeking a compassionate and motivated NP or PA to join our primary care team. This position is eligible for NHSC Loan Repayment.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions Perform minor procedures (suturing, I&D, joint injections, etc.) Prescribe medications in accordance with TN law Order and interpret labs and diagnostic imaging Document in eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR Collaborate with supervising physician Respond to emergencies and initiate stabilization when needed
Qualifications:
Active Tennessee NP or PA license National board certification DEA registration
BLS & ACLS
certification Primary care experience preferred
