Spring Hill Family Medicine is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic family medicine advanced practice provider with interest in joining an established group providing excellent care to the Spring Hill community.Qualified Candidates:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Required primary care experience as advanced practitioner
- Tennessee licensure
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Interest in providing care for ages six through geriatrics
- Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care
Schedule:
M-Th 7a-4:30, Fri 7a-12p- Autonomous practice; outpatient only - no call
