Job description: Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Bilingual Physician Assistant, where your expertise will make a meaningful impact on diverse patient populations. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive specialty care, utilizing your advanced clinical skills and bilingual (Spanish) communication abilities to bridge language barriers and enhance patient outcomes. Embrace a collaborative environment that values innovation, compassion, and professional growth, all while delivering exceptional patient-centered care across various settings. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews in both English and the designated second language. Prescribe medications, administer injections, following clinical guidelines and regulatory standards. Manage acute and chronic conditions like RA, Gout, Lupus and other auto immune conditions. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as eClinicalWorks to document medical records accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide telehealth consultations. Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must. Physician Assistant-Certified Ability to practice as an independent practitioner after 3-6 months of training. Time Management.
