Job Description
East University Urgent Care, (Make You Well) First Physicians is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient practice in Odessa, Texas. Our busy walk-in clinic provides accessible urgent care and family medicine services for patients of all ages. The incoming APP will join an experienced clinical team with strong support, advanced on-site diagnostics, and the resources of a well-established multi-specialty organization serving Odessa and the greater Permian Basin. Position Highlights Outpatient urgent care and family medicine for patients of all ages Walk-in and same-day care for acute illness, minor injuries, and other common urgent care needs Full-time weekday schedule + 2 Saturdays per month , with a weekday off following each Saturday worked No call obligation Dedicated MA support + tenured clinical and administrative team On-site laboratory and X-ray services Highly competitive base salary of $155K-$175K, based on experience Qualifications Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active Texas license and DEA (or eligibility to obtain) 1+ year of primary care, urgent care, or similar outpatient experience preferred Spanish-speaking strongly preferred Our practice is a proud member of Privia Medical Group, a national physician organization with more than 5,500 across 1,300+ locations in multiple states.
