This person will work collaboratively with out physicians to evaluate, diagnose, and manage pediatric and adult patients with allergic, respiratory, and immunologic conditions. The provider will be responsible for patient evaluations, follow-up care, medication management, treatment planning, and patient education. Schedule:
Wednesdays - Bountiful, Thursdays -
Tooele Responsibilities:
Evaluating and managing patients with asthma, allergic rhinitis, eczema, food allergies, urticaria, immunodeficiency disorders, and other allergic conditions. Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Prescribing and managing medications, including biologic therapies. Reviewing diagnostic testing, laboratory results, and allergy testing. Complete 3 month training with physician.
Minimum Requirements:
Appropriate and applicable licensure, education and certification as a Physician Assistant in the state of Utah. Proper insurance credentialing prior to patient treatment Board Certification/Eligible New graduates are welcome to apply.
