Works in all areas and specialties of medicine, and is licensed to practice medicine but has less formal certification than a physician. Performs duties delegated by a physician such as recording patient medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, or giving immunizations. May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality urological care in an outpatient practice to include clinic visits, in-office procedures and may participate in surgery. Participation in call coverage responsibilities may be assigned. It is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of an integrated Urology practice with community partners across Puget Sound.Responsibilities
- Inpatient consults, ED consults, Rounding
- Clinic consults, follow ups and procedures
- Patient & Family education
- Pre & Post Op visits
- In-basket Management
- APP/staff onboarding and training Requirements
- WA State Physician Assistant license required
WA DEA, NPI
& prescriptive authority required- BLS for Healthcare providers - certification by AHA, required
