JOB DETAILS

This facility is seeking an Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7a-3:30p

Practice Setting:

Outpatient and Inpatient

• Type of cases: Surgery and Clinic Appointments
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days or more

Electronic Medical Record:

MediTech

• Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as an Advanced prescriber.
• Licensure required: Wisconsin State Medical License
