Practice full-spectrum Family Medicine in a growing, patient-centered organization, with the opportunity to provide obstetrical, inpatient, and outpatient care while building lasting relationships across generations of patients.

Position Details:

Join a collaborative team of 4 FMOB physicians, with additional support and shared call coverage from 7 other physicians

Patient volume of 10-14 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient relationships and strong work-life balance

4-day work week offered, with additional flexible scheduling options available, including part-time

Optional C-sections, with mentorship available for physicians looking to develop or expand those skills

Opportunity to help shape and participate in a new Family Medicine Residency Program

Compensation Details:

Hospital-employed position offering a guaranteed salary, incentive bonus, and call pay totaling exceeding $400,000 annually

$150,000 sign-on bonus paid upfront
