100% inpatient pediatrics in a regional hospital serving as the medical hub for Southwest Alaska, supporting care across 58 rural communities.

Join a collaborative pediatric team working alongside experienced RNs, respiratory therapists, ER staff, and village health aides in a highly integrated care model.

Scope of Practice:

This role goes beyond traditional hospitalist work, including ER coverage, nursery support, and real-time consultation with village health aides, offering variety and high-impact clinical decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation:

Minimum starting pay of $120.60/hour, DOE, with compensation determined using a structured formula based on experience.

Sign-On & Retention Bonuses:

$35,000 sign-on bonus (2-year agreement) $75,000 sign-on bonus (3-year agreement) Retention bonuses up to 9.1% annually based on contract length
