Role Overview:

We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple U.S. states to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with most services conducted virtually, and occasionally in-person hybrid opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional virtual patient assessments, reviews, and treatments. Build compassionate, patient-centered relationships. Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions. Prescribe medications, excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine for addiction. Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain accurate documentation. Stay updated on medical advancements and telehealth best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Active medical licenses in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (support provided). Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings. Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence. Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided). DEA certification and applicable CSL as required.

Key Duties & Expectations:

• Work a minimum of 15-20 hours weekly, scheduling at least one week in advance.
• Focus solely on patient care without administrative burdens.
• Maintain high standards of medical practice and documentation.
• Participate in training, including buprenorphine certification if applicable.
