The Role & Schedule:

Regional Focus:

Exclusively serve two brand new and upcoming clinic sites

Quality of Life:

Primarily outpatient model with no nights or weekends

Clinical Support:

Each site is staffed with a full-time

APRN Inpatient Coverage:

Managed by hospitalist teams; the physician provides consultations only during normal working hours

Memphis Proximity:

Both sites are approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes from

Memphis Network Integration:

Full access to weekly/monthly Tumor Boards via

Zoom Advanced Infrastructure:

Robust pharmacy team for pre-authorizations and dedicated infusion revenue cycle support

Streamlined Referrals:

Established pathways to Memphis and Little Rock for bone marrow transplants and specialized surgeries

Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed Salary:

$650,000 (two-year guarantee)

Sign-On Bonus:

$75,000 (forgiven over two years)

Productivity Bonus:

$100 per wRVU over a 6,500 threshold

Time Off:

5 weeks of PTO (inclusive of CME)

$3,500 CME stipend, employer-paid malpractice, and full IRS-rate mileage reimbursement
