Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) - 100%

Outpatient Location:

Santa Cruz County, CA (Multiple Locations) Position Overview A growing outpatient-focused healthcare group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a 100% outpatient practice in beautiful Santa Cruz County, CA . This is an ideal opportunity for physicians looking for long-term stability, strong compensation, and work-life balance in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Compensation & Benefits $300K guaranteed for first 18 months Transition to productivity model after 18 months Up to $125K sign-on bonus Up to $20K relocation assistance Up to $30K annual quality bonus Comprehensive benefits (provider + family) 401K with match PSLF eligible employer Practice Details 100% outpatient only seeing about 18-20 patients per day (no inpatient responsibilities)

Schedule:

5 days/week (5x8s) 36 hours patient care 4 hours administrative time

Call:

Telephone-only, very light Shared across providers Hospitalists handle inpatient care Clinical Highlights Opportunity to build a long-term patient panel (7-10+ year commitment preferred) Open to physicians who perform procedures (IUD, Nexplanon) - not required Collaborative, team-based environment Strong support staff and infrastructure Candidate Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Open to new graduates (2026 grads ok; not reviewing 2027 yet) Willing to obtain California medical license (can wait for licensure) Spanish-speaking is a strong plus (not required except specific site below) Locations (Choose Your Preferred Site After Interviewing) Soquel, CA Santa Cruz, CA (multiple sites) Capitola, CA Watsonville, CA (Spanish required for this location)
