  • Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
  • serving Compton and the surrounding community. This position is ideal for a physician who values relationship-based care, enjoys working with diverse patient populations, and wants to help expand access to quality healthcare in an underserved community.

  • + •$300,000-$350,000 annualized compensation•, prorated based on FTE + Diverse, multicultural patient population + Collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment + Mission-focused organization dedicated to increasing access to care + Opportunity to participate in community health and outreach initiatives •Your Role•As an OB/GYN Physician, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting the overall health and well-being of women throughout the community.
Responsibilities include:

+ Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care

+ Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of women's health conditions

+ Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans

+ Educate patients regarding preventive care, reproductive health, and treatment options

+ Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other members of the care team

+ Help ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes

+ Support community-based initiatives focused on improving healthcare access and education

  • Qualifications
  • + •MD or DO•from an accredited medical program + Board Certified or Board Eligible in •Obstetrics and Gynecology•+ Active and unrestricted •California medical license•+ Current •DEA registration•+ Current •BLS and PALS certifications•+ Spanish/English bilingual ability is highly valued + Experience with •eClinicalWorks•is a plus + Commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care + Passion for working with diverse and underserved communities •Compensation & Benefits•Annualized salary: $300,000-$350,000•, prorated according to FTE and schedule.
