ASAP About the Role The Neurologist will provide neurological consultation, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with neurological conditions including TBI, post-concussion syndrome, chronic headaches, vestibular disorders, chronic pain, and work-related injuries. This role exists to support the growth of a comprehensive neurology practice within the group's multidisciplinary model of care, working closely with PM&R physicians, neuropsychologists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, physical therapists, and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities Provide neurological consultation, evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management of patients with neurological conditions Evaluate and treat patients with mild TBI, concussion, post-concussion syndrome, and related cognitive, headache, and vestibular symptoms Review diagnostic studies, medical records, and clinical history to support treatment planning Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and interdisciplinary recommendations Collaborate with neuropsychologists, SLPs, psychologists, PTs, PM&R physicians, and other team members Participate in return-to-work planning, functional restoration planning, and care coordination for injured workers Attend multidisciplinary case conferences and treatment team meetings Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with applicable standards Travel to other clinic locations as needed Requirements Current and unrestricted California Medical License — required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology — required Current DEA registration — required Valid California driver's license and current automobile insurance — required Strong interest in brain injury medicine, concussion management, cognitive rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary care Experience treating TBI, post-concussion syndrome, headache disorders, and vestibular dysfunction — preferred Experience in workers' compensation, occupational medicine, or interdisciplinary rehabilitation settings — preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish — preferred Familiarity with EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and return-to-work programs Why Apply Through Us?
