Seeking a
BC AP/CP
Pathologist to join an independent, pathologist-owned practice in the Napa Valley region of Northern California, providing coverage at a respected community hospital serving the surrounding Solano County region.
Position Highlights:
Two-pathologist coverage model with strong clinical collaboration Actively interviewing seeking to fill quickly Practice within a respected community hospital serving a regional population Diverse mix of surgical and clinical pathology Collaborate closely with surgeons, oncologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams Broad spectrum of anatomic pathology specimens Opportunity to build strong relationships with referring clinicians Independent decision-making within a team-oriented environment Fellowship training in cytopathology, breast, GI, gynecologic or other surgical pathology subspecialties highly desirable Strong emphasis on clinical excellence, physician autonomy and work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:
BC in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP) Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one 2 4 years of practice experience preferred Strong diagnostic, communication and collaboration skills
