Our ambition is simple - be the center we want to take our own pets to. This is a wonderful opportunity for a tech-savvy Client Service Representative looking to build relationships with pet-parents, provide animal husbandry and handling, and give lots of treats. Applicants MUST have open availability 8am-8pm 7 days/week, including Holidays and Holiday weeks/weekends.

What you'll be doing: Under the direction of the business owner, and in cooperation with the boarding and grooming staff, you will schedule boarding and grooming services; walk, feed and clean the living quarters of the boarding pets, and maintain the cleanliness of the facility. What you'll bring: Passion for helping pets and their humans alike; Ability to interact and communicate (verbally and non-verbally) with professionalism, empathy, and respect both with clients and team members; Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a sometimes stressful environment with evolving priorities; Strong sense of personal accountability and reliability; A customer-centric mindset; desire to go the extra mile to help a pet parent in need; Experience in using technology quickly and efficiently; Attention to detail; 1+ years of experience working in a hospitality, med-spa, fitness, retail or other client-facing service industry setting is highly preferred; We can't wait to meet you!Pay:
