Locums About the Facility This adult mental health clinic delivers outpatient psychiatric services to individuals with severe and persistent mental health conditions in a structured community-based setting. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and support staff to ensure continuity of care for the adult population served. A locum tenens psychiatrist is sought to provide coverage beginning September 28 on an ongoing basis. About the Facility Location Hemet is a city in Southern California offering access to a range of recreational and cultural destinations. The area provides outdoor activities at Diamond Valley Lake Community Park and regional attractions such as the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and the Western Science Center. Nearby destinations including Palm Springs, Temecula wine country, and Joshua Tree National Park are accessible to clinicians on assignment in the region. About the Clinician's Workday This opportunity involves providing comprehensive behavioral health services, including crisis intervention, psychiatric assessments, recovery management, medication services, case management, and dual-diagnosis treatment. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for a four-day workweek consisting of 10-hour shifts, pending approval and discussion with the Medical Director. The facility utilizes the
ELMER EMR
system for documentation and patient management.
