This is not a traditional NP/PA position where you arrive, see the patients already booked on your schedule, finish your notes, and go home. We are looking for a clinician, builder, and business-minded operator who wants to help us grow the clinic, improve our treatment offerings, participate in marketing, create new revenue opportunities, and build an exceptional longevity practice. We want someone who looks at the clinic and asks: What should we be offering that we're not offering today? How can we create better treatment programs? Why aren't more consultations converting? What can we do to bring patients back more frequently? What services are patients asking for that we're sending elsewhere? If that's how you naturally think, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Practice Longevity & Functional Medicine Evaluate and treat patients across our longevity and wellness programs. Depending on your qualifications and scope of practice, this may include hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, peptides, IV therapy, nutritional optimization, sexual wellness, preventative medicine, lab interpretation, and other evidence-based longevity services. We want someone with real experience in this field , not someone looking to learn functional medicine for the first time. Help Rebuild & Expand Our Medical Menu One of your most important responsibilities will be helping us evaluate our current services and determine what we should add, improve, package differently, or discontinue. We want you actively researching and evaluating new treatments, protocols, diagnostics, memberships, and programs that make clinical sense and can expand what we offer our patients. You will work with ownership and our medical leadership to develop a stronger, more comprehensive longevity offering while maintaining appropriate clinical standards. Help Grow Revenue We want a provider who understands that excellent medicine and a successful clinic are not mutually exclusive. You should be comfortable identifying appropriate additional services that genuinely benefit the patient, developing comprehensive treatment plans instead of isolated treatments, improving retention, creating recurring programs, and helping us increase patient lifetime value through good clinical care. You won't be expected to compromise your clinical judgment to generate revenue. You will be expected to recognize legitimate opportunities to better serve patients and grow the practice. Participate in Marketing You will be part of our marketing efforts, not separated from them.

That may include:

Creating educational social media content Appearing in short-form videos Explaining treatments and new services Helping our marketing team develop medically accurate campaigns Participating in webinars or educational events Developing before-and-after patient journeys where appropriate Helping create educational emails and patient content Identifying topics patients are actively interested in You don't need to be an influencer. You do need to be comfortable being one of the clinical faces of the brand. Own the Patient Experience We want you thinking beyond the individual appointment. From consultation through labs, treatment, follow-up, optimization, retention, and additional appropriate services, you should be thinking about how we can deliver a better patient experience. If patients aren't returning, we want you asking why. If consultations aren't converting, we want you helping identify the problem. If patients repeatedly ask for a service we don't provide, we want you bringing that opportunity to the table. Wear Multiple Hats We're building, and everyone here needs to be willing to get involved. Some days you'll be treating patients. Other days you may be helping redesign a treatment program, filming educational content, reviewing a marketing campaign, evaluating a new vendor, training staff, reviewing patient retention numbers, helping develop protocols, or brainstorming a new service. Who We're Looking For You must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant/Associate (PA) eligible to practice in the state where the clinic operates. We're specifically looking for someone with several years of hands-on experience in areas such as: Functional medicine Longevity medicine Hormone optimization / HRT Men's and women's health Metabolic health and weight management GLP-1 therapies Peptide therapy IV therapy Nutritional optimization Preventative medicine Advanced laboratory testing and interpretation Medical aesthetics and wellness services Experience in a successful longevity clinic, functional medicine practice, medical spa, hormone clinic, or high-growth wellness business is strongly preferred. You understand the business side of medicine. You know how to build trust with patients and communicate complex medicine in a way patients understand. You understand retention and why long-term patient relationships matter. You're comfortable on camera and willing to participate in marketing. You bring ideas instead of only identifying problems.
