This is a full-time, benefited position offering an excellent schedule with substantial time off and strong clinical support from experienced PA/NP providers. Position Highlights Full-time, benefited position 104 shifts annually 200+ days off per year Schedule planned approximately 3 months in advance around physician availability Experienced Trauma and Acute Care Surgery team Strong PA/NP support Competitive salary starting at $360,000 Comfortable residential housing available minutes from the hospital while on shift CME allowance Robust benefits package 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Company discounts and additional perks Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Responsibilities Provide comprehensive Trauma and Acute Care Surgery services. Evaluate and manage trauma and emergency general surgery patients. Perform surgical procedures and operative interventions as clinically indicated. Participate in inpatient rounds and coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams. Collaborate closely with experienced PA/NP providers and other surgical staff. Maintain high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. Provide timely documentation and communication regarding patient care. Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery. Active California medical license. Experience in Acute Care Surgery and Trauma .
