Join an established team of a nurse practitioner, a medical assistant, a community health advocate, and a community support coordinator. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and a desire to treat an underserved population are requirements for this role.

The Opportunity:

• Part-time schedule options
• Shift lengths between 4 and 8 hours
• 3-4 patients per hour
• $300,000 Base Salary depending on FTE
