Opportunity Highlights Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (30-min lunch included) 4-5 days/week

Travel & Compensation:
Full travel and lodging covered, plus weekly pay

Credentialing completed in as little as 72 hours for clean files
Duration:
Initial 12-week commitment with high probability of long-term extension
Practice Details Setting:
100% Outpatient Primary Care in Valley Springs, CA (45 mins from Stockton, 1.5 hours from Sacramento)
Patient Panel:
Ages 16+ (pediatric patients are routed to a dedicated pediatrics department)
Patient Volume:
12 patients/day to start, with the option to ramp up to 15-20/day as you get comfortable
Scope:
Standard primary care & chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, preventive care, basic labs/cultures, onsite X-ray)
Support & Logistics:
1 dedicated MA, 2 exam rooms, shared office space,
AthenaOne EMR Onsite Specialty Support:
Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Hepatology, and OB/GYN Requirements MD or DO (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency completion (recent grads welcome) Active California Medical License and DEA required (will not wait for licensing) Active BLS certification If you hold an active CA license and want a seamless, high-support outpatient assignment, let's connect to discuss the details and match your availability!
