What You'll Do:

Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population Manage chronic and acute illnesses within a family/internal medicine scope Collaborate with on-site behavioral health and support staff Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR Deliver culturally competent care, with preferred Spanish language skills Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and licensure requirements Participate in scheduled shifts, including some evening coverage
