Job Description

  • Outpatient Cardiology Opening in CA
  • Located in San Rafael, CA
  • San Francisco 20m Per diem outpatient
  • Position Highlights:
  • Per diem outpatient Cardiology opportunity
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular conditions
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team serving a diverse community patient population
  • Interpret EKGs and integrate diagnostic testing into treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with Primary Care providers and other specialists
  • Educate referring providers on cardiovascular care
  • Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
  • Provide patient and family education on cardiovascular health, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans
  • Flexible, hybrid scheduling with telemedicine capabilities
  • Productivity expectation of at least 8 patients per half day
  • Opportunity to supervise and mentor medical students, residents, or fellows

  • Compensation range of $416,000
  • 457,600 annually

  • Qualifications:
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
  • Valid and unrestricted California medical license
  • Current DEA registration
  • Active BLS certification
  • 3-5 years of outpatient Cardiology experience preferred
  • New graduates with a strong interest in community health are welcome
  • Epic EHR experience preferred
  • Ability to provide telephonic and video telemedicine visits as needed
  • Ability to work morning and evening shifts as needed
