Soledad Clinic Full Time Hours:
Monday- Friday 8 AM

Compensation is determined by level of experience. 1-2 yrs: $255,0003-6 yrs: $271,0007-17 yrs: $287,00018-24 yrs: $303,00025+ yrs: $319,000Benefits:
Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, free of any monthly premium charge for the employee. Paid leave includes 5 weeks paid vacation, 11 holidays, 5 paid sick days, and 5 days for CME with $4,500 allowance. Loan repayment options via NHSC andSLRP. 403
(b) or 457(b) retirement plans. Relocation up to $5,000 for in-state and $7,500 out of state. Licensure/DEA reimbursement, along with full malpractice insurance with tail coverage.Additional Info:
Supplemental compensation to those providers who agree to work at our outlying clinics in South County- Gonzales 15% in addition to regular salary
- Soledad 15% in addition to regular salary
- Greenfield 15% in addition to regular salary
- King City 20% in addition to regular salary
