Paid Sick Leave 401(k) Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Tuition assistance Vision insurance Japanese-Speaking Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician Full-time | $230,000-$260,000 per year | Torrance, CA | Outpatient Japanese Clinic About the Position A long-established, community-focused Japanese clinic in Torrance, California, is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician . The clinic has provided high-quality primary care to the local community for many years. We welcome physicians who value patient-centered care and can provide thoughtful, attentive medical services to a diverse patient population. Candidates may be board-certified in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine . Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care for acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions Diagnose and manage a broad range of general medical conditions Provide preventive care, health screenings, and routine physical examinations Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans Coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely medical records Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and administrative staff Perform related administrative and patient-care duties No hospital rounds or on-call responsibilities. This is an outpatient-only position. Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certification in either: Internal Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), or Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) Active and unrestricted California Medical License Valid DEA Certificate in good standing Professional proficiency in Japanese Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Authorization to work in the United States Work Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Clinic closes from 12pm - 2pm) Compensation $230,000-$260,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's professional background, clinical experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
