Job Description Join our Team at the Department of Veterans VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Menlo Park, CA as a Physician - Psychiatrist (Part-Time)! Major duties include but are not limited to: Clinical Evaluation and management of patients both face-to-face and by telehealth. The incumbent will be responsible for evaluation of patients in outpatient mental health clinics. The incumbent may also supervise trainees, including medical students and residents, in all of these settings. Practices safety, environmental, and/or infection control methods. Instructs other personnel assigned to health care team on preventive medicine programs and other appropriate medical activities and functions. Administrative Provide oversight and leadership for the clinical functions of staff and trainees associated with their treatment teams, including RNPs and clinical pharmacists. Serve in hospital or service level committees such as Medication Management Committee or Pain Committee. Supports and enhances VAPAHCS philosophy and goals. Responsible for ensuring Research outcome studies are routinely conducted according to VAPAHCS policies and procedures. Benefits and Features
- Expected Salary Range from $301,714 - $320,972 (negotiable based on candidate's qualifications, credentials and experience).
