Our client, a growing physician-led women's health practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OBGYN to join their collaborative team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who enjoys gynecology, fertility care, and minimally invasive surgery while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance. Unlike a traditional OBGYN practice, there are no deliveries, no call responsibilities, and no inpatient rounding, allowing you to focus on providing personalized, comprehensive care in a cash-pay outpatient setting. What You'll Receive Earning potential of $400,000-$450,000+ annually Productivity-based compensation with 50% of collected revenue Negotiable guaranteed base salary available $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Quarterly performance bonuses Medical Insurance 401(k) 160 hours PTO Seven paid holidays Flexible scheduling Part-time or full-time opportunities Monday-Friday schedule No call No deliveries No hospital rounding What You'll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care Evaluate and treat fertility concerns Perform hormone optimization and restorative reproductive medicine Diagnose and treat endometriosis Care for patients through perimenopause and menopause Perform office-based gynecologic procedures Perform minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries, including hysterectomies, D&C procedures, and endometriosis surgery Collaborate closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team Build long-term patient relationships through extended appointment times Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Eligible for Colorado medical licensure Passion for women's health and patient-centered care Comfortable practicing within a mission-driven, pro-life healthcare environment Interest in holistic, restorative, or root-cause medicine is preferred Surgical experience is preferred but mentorship is available for the right candidate Why This Opportunity?
