All retina group looking for a dual fellowship trained Retina Surgeon and Ocular Oncologist to join the group on a partnership track. The new associate will be able to pick up retina patients from the current providers and be the primary focus of the new associate's practice. Oncology patients are already referred to the practice with infrastructure and systems in place for seeing them and doing surgery. If the associate is newly graduated, this is a great opportunity for mentorship. Retina cases can all be done in surgery center nearby that can be bought into. In clinic, all providers in the group are always assigned a team of techs and a scribe. Compensation will be a base salary with a production bonus. Partnership is offered after 3 years.
