Locums About the Facility This community mental health center delivers outpatient psychiatric services to an adult population within a structured, team-based setting. The facility maintains an interdisciplinary clinical team to support continuity of behavioral health care delivery. About the Facility Location The facility is located in Denver, CO. This one-of-a-kind mountain city will undoubtedly leave you feeling fulfilled! From exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, going on the "Brews & Views" bus tour, or walking around Larimer Square around dinner time - you won't run out of fun things to do. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide full-time outpatient psychiatric services for an adult patient population at a community mental health center in Colorado, working Monday - Friday during day shifts totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include conducting initial psychiatric evaluations (approximately 1 hour) and follow-up medication management visits for adults presenting with mood, anxiety, trauma-related, psychotic, and other behavioral health conditions. Clinicians will collaborate with an interdisciplinary behavioral health team that includes psychiatric clinicians, psychologists, therapists, nurses, and case managers to support care planning and continuity of patient care. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
