Job Description
Southeast Colorado Primary Care Physician Job Family Medicine Permanent FQHC Setting Approximately 1 hour from La Junta, Colorado Clinical Role Permanent Family Medicine opportunity Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physicians FQHC setting serving a close-knit rural community Monday-Friday schedule No call 1 evening clinic per week (balanced with a half-day off elsewhere in the week)

eClinicalWorks (eCW) Patient Volume Typical day: 12-15 patients Evening clinic may add 6 additional patients Standard 8a-5p day averages 14 patients Candidate Considerations Open to 2026 graduates (not preferred) Not open to 2027 graduates Visa sponsorship available: H-1B (no J-1) Compensation Salary range: $201,508 - $257,961 Sign-on bonus: $10,000 (paid with first paycheck) Moving allowance: Up to $5,000 (reimbursed with receipts) Benefits Participation in employer retirement plan Health insurance: Employee-only plan fully covered Employee + family plans receive $1,250 employer contribution Group dental coverage availablePaid Time Off:
