2987671699-2 Apply for this job now Job Description OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a Physician Lead to provide clinical leadership and patient care in a collaborative, physician-led primary care setting. The Physician Lead will manage a panel of patients, supervise and mentor clinicians and staff, and champion evidence-based, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include directing quality and performance initiatives, optimizing care coordination across services, and fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement to positively impact community health across the Denver metro area. Responsibilities Provide direct primary care to a panel of patients using evidence-based practices. Lead, mentor, and supervise clinicians and clinical staff within the clinic. Oversee clinical workflows and care coordination to ensure timely, patient-centered services. Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives using clinical data and metrics. Collaborate with behavioral health, pediatrics, internal medicine, and ancillary services to deliver integrated care. Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development. Ensure compliance with regulatory, documentation, and coding standards. Engage in community outreach and relationship building to support population health. Contribute to practice growth, operational efficiency, and patient experience initiatives.
