9 10 shifts needed per month (site will not schedule more than 2 3 day stints; no more than 4 consecutive days)

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified OB/GYN Required Active CO license or Active IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) Required OB/GYN Residency Required Candidate must be available for the dates detailed in the job description Required Must state number of shifts per month the provider can offer Required Must be willing and able to work 24-hour shifts Required Active DEA Highly Preferred (required for credentialing) Clean malpractice/background (up to $100k in malpractice settlements acceptable with clean background) Required Must acknowledge and complete required EMR training in the specified order Required Must acknowledge preferred lodging requirements and travel policy Required Local/drive-in candidates only
