The physician will provide immigration medical examinations and complete Form I-693 for patients seeking adjustment of status, along with other clinical services as mutually agreed upon. Critical Requirement Applicants MUST currently be a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon. Candidates who are not currently designated as USCIS Civil Surgeons will not be considered for this position.
